A New Haven Hosting Gallery For Your Next Anything

Jamie Arabolos’s brand new art space on State Street in New Haven, Connecticut was just written up in the New Haven Advocate. It was selected as an “Editor’s Pick” for best
state of the art” Art Gallery.
It’s a really cute space inside with exposed brick and fun kitschy items dotting the area including an old vintage sink where Jamie used to develop her film when she was growing up. She now uses that as a prop for photos.
Jamie is a photographer and an actress and a lot of other things too. She named her place “Master of None” because “Jill of All Trades” was taken, but don’t mistake for a minute that Jamie isn’t a Jill.
She wants to get the word out that her space can be used for anything.
For instance, businesses have held meetings there and she says they’re a whole friendlier in her confines because of its cozy ambiance.
Independent film screenings would be great here There are so many movies being shot in the state this days, that spaces for screening are sought after.
Jamie tells me she loves displaying works by local artists here, because she enjoys seeing how excited the artists get when people are looking at their work.
I also think poetry readings would be a HUGE hit here, someone needs to do that, the vibe would be great for that.
Jamie’s first love is acting, but waiting tables and tending bars is yesterday for her, so this is a place where she can rent out and will give her the flexibility she needs to pursue that.
She told me she’s thinking of getting a cappuccino maker so folks can sit outside her little corner of the world and enjoy this SoHo like neighborhood. Keep this place on your radar for your next event.

Neato! Definitely checking this out soon!
I love this! I’d like to offer some massage classes (couples massage, self care, etc.) and don’t have enough space in my home studio. This might fit the bill!
